A former industrial site has been transformed into a “New Work” office. At Industriepark Höchst, the historic building fabric was preserved and reinterpreted to accommodate modern working environments. Agile working, communication, and areas for retreat have been seamlessly integrated into the two level structure, with the qi1 glass partition system facilitating the open, harmonious integration of these flexible zones.
